What if something goes wrong?

The quality control standards at Z-Saw are at the highest level, but a sub-standard item may very occasionally slip through the net. In the extremely unlikely event that you find such a defect within 30 days of purchase please return the item to me for a full refund of the purchase price and your return postage.
If, on the other hand, you simply change your mind and wish to return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days I will refund your purchase price, offer an alternative item of equivalent value, or credit your purchase price against a more expensive item, whichever you prefer. Return postage on the original purchase is your own responsibility.



  • Requests to return items can be made by email, voicemail or post using the methods on the About/Contact page.
  • Except in the case of faulty goods, items for refund or replacement must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Except in the case of faulty goods, return postage is the reponsibility of the purchaser.
